Customer satisfaction and product safety are our core priorities for all beauty and cosmetic sales.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused cosmetic items in original sealed packaging. Due to hygiene and safety regulations, any opened, used, or partially consumed beauty products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Gift cards, personalized beauty sets, and all final-sale clearance beauty items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Customers cover return shipping costs for personal preference returns including unsuitable texture, shade mismatch, or changed mind. We take full responsibility for return shipping fees if items are defective, damaged during transit, or incorrectly shipped.
After our team completes hygiene inspection and verifies return eligibility, your refund will be approved. Refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you receive broken, leaking, defective, or wrong cosmetic products, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with detailed photos. We will provide free replacement or full refund services to resolve your issue.
